Anastasia Pogodina

Anastasia was educated at the Russian state humanitarian University with a degree in «Management» , as well as additional education in «Documentary support of management» at the College under the Ministry of foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation.

Anastasia has more than 10 years of professional experience in the selection of middle and senior management positions, both in the internal recruitment of a large financial group and in Western consulting companies. During her work, Anastasia has helped many candidates to find the desired position with worthy employers, and well-known banks — to find and form a strong team of real professionals.

In her spare time, Anastasia likes to visit Opera and ballet, is fond of contemporary art and classical music, plays the piano, actively travels around the world.
