Requirements

• The candidate should be experienced in international contract law, English law
• International LLM degree
• Knowledge of maritime law would be a plus
• Must be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Responsibilities

• providing legal support to the commodities trading business
• drafting, arrangement of reviewing withing a working group, negotiation of transaction documentation (sale and purchase contracts)
• interacting with the commodity sales team to address legal issues as arise in day-to-day trading activities
